These terms apply to purchases from readylarder.com. The seller is Stradling Group Ltd, trading as The Ready Larder, Firwood Farm, North Breache Lane, Ewhurst, Cranleigh, Surrey, GU6 7SN.

Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Payment is taken at checkout through Whop. A contract is formed when we email your order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

Free UK delivery. Dispatched in 1 to 3 working days, delivered in 6 to 12 working days. See Delivery and returns.

Returns and the 100-day trial

You can return the radio for a full refund within 100 days of delivery. Details are on the Delivery and returns page. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

Product information

Specifications come from the manufacturer. Battery run time and phone-charging figures vary with use, volume, temperature and the phone being charged. The radio is an aid in a power cut, not a substitute for the full Be Ready checklist, and The Ready Larder is not connected to the UK government.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
