Delivery

Delivery to UK addresses is free. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and arrive in 6 to 12 working days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships. We don't currently deliver outside the UK.

The 100-day home trial

Use the radio at home for 100 days from the day it arrives. If it hasn't earned its place, email readylarder@outlook.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Post it back to us and we'll refund the full price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it. The radio should come back complete and in reasonable condition; normal use is fine. Return postage is paid by you unless the radio is faulty.

Faulty or damaged on arrival

If it arrives damaged or develops a fault, email us with a photo or short description. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including your return postage.

Your legal rights

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you rights if goods are faulty. Our 100-day trial sits on top of these and doesn't replace them.
